There are certainly some advantages to living in the middle of a former cow pasture-veggies grow here like nothing I've ever seen. I am worried about the zuchinni...I planted 3. It's only early June and this is what plant #1 is doing-did I mention I planted 3.....?  And for good measure I also included an eggplant...I have absolutely no idea what possessed me to buy it-but we also now have baby eggplants happening-

Was quite the day for the Creston Garden Tours, rain, sun and rainbows! Lots of 'em! This was the view of it all from Hawk View Estates..which also had one of their residences participate in the Tour! |
