There are certainly some advantages to living in the middle of a former cow pasture-veggies grow here like nothing I've ever seen. I am worried about the zuchinni...I planted 3. It's only early June and this is what plant #1 is doing-did I mention I planted 3.....? And for good measure I also included an eggplant...I have absolutely no idea what possessed me to buy it-but we also now have baby eggplants happening-
Was quite the day for the Creston Garden Tours, rain, sun and rainbows! Lots of 'em! This was the view of it all from Hawk View Estates..which also had one of their residences participate in the Tour!
Thanks to a mild winter and early Spring, this new home is well on it's way - And look at these views--even the overcast skies look great from here...and this was from the driveway, not even the main floor!
Got to meet the delightful new owners of this lovely lot last week, they'll make a wonderful addition to the Hawk View community! This was just one of two lots to sell this month, and it's not even Spring yet!
It might be a bit smokey in the Valley this week but it didn't slow down local farmers from getting their hay cut and baled. This fellow was going until late last evening, well past dark, right across the street from Hawk View Estates. Country vistas right at your door step!
A recent sunset created these puffy pink and orange pillows against the backdrop of the Skimmerhorn Mountains that are to the east of Hawkview Estates.
